When we decided to come here the first time on our way to Texas we read that there is an ant problem in the park and we purchased some antpowder before heading out here.
During our walks we encountered several sites with lots of white powder on them, so others had had the same experience.
Back in February it was probably too cold as we did not have any ant encounters. This time around we did. Good that we came prepared. White powder all around the tires, the water, sewer and electric lines should help.
Besides the ants, our duck family had young ones and they strolling around every day.
